Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia President & CEO Kevin Will Named to Inside Business 2026 Power List

Virginia Beach, Va. (May 11, 2026) – Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia (BGCSEVA) proudly announces that President & CEO Kevin Will has been named to the Inside Business 2026 Power List, recognizing influential leaders who are helping shape the future of Hampton Roads.

Published annually by Inside Business, the Power List honors regional leaders making a significant impact across business, nonprofit, government, and community sectors.

This recognition adds to an already remarkable year for Will, who was recently named the 2026 VA/DC Area Council CEO of the Year by Boys & Girls Clubs of America for his leadership and dedication to creating opportunities for young people throughout Southeast Virginia.

Under Will’s leadership, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia has continued to expand its reach and impact across the region, serving youth through high-quality programs focused on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character and leadership development. The organization is also currently leading its “Campaign to Great Futures,” a transformational initiative focused on expanding and modernizing Club facilities and opportunities for local youth.

Will brings more than 25 years of nonprofit and youth development leadership experience and has spent the last decade guiding BGCSEVA’s mission to help young people reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

“I’m incredibly honored to be recognized alongside so many respected leaders in our region,” said Will. “This recognition truly belongs to the dedicated staff, volunteers, partners, and supporters who make our mission possible every day. Together, we are creating opportunities and brighter futures for the young people we serve.”

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia currently serves youth across Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Franklin, Virginia Beach, and the Eastern Shore through safe, supportive environments and life-changing programming.
