What are the policies, procedures & practices that keep my child safe while in your care?
The safety of the children you entrust to us is our highest priority. We have a rigorous set of safety policies and procedures that provide multiple checks for potential issues and threats. Here are just a few of the highlights.
Before we hire, we conduct mandatory background checks on employees and volunteers, and then we recheck them annually.
Our employees and volunteers are required to complete mandatory training on child abuse prevention and reporting requirements.
If an incident occurs, our staff are required to report it, regardless of its severity. If appropriate, we will also report the incident to the local authorities.
Every year, our entire organization, including each Club, undergoes a safety assessment.
We believe in safety first, multiple layers of attention to any potential issue and complete transparency.

If an unexpected Club closure occurs (due to weather, facilities emergency, etc.), Clubs will notify parents/guardians via an automated email and text notification system.
