HOW BOWL-A-THON WORKS

Commit to participation in BGCSEVA's Bowl-A-Thon.

• Information is delivered to participants. Training is given by BGCSEVA staff.

• A Team Captain is chosen and materials are distributed.

• Team Captains recruit bowlers and form teams (Max of 6 bowlers per team).

• Team Captain registers their team for Bowl-A-Thon at www.BGCSEVA.org/bowlathon.

• Bowlers set individual and team fundraising goals (recommended $100 per bowler, $500 per team).

• Bowlers ask friends and family to donate to Bowl-A-Thon through the online donation platform, by writing a check, or giving cash.

• Bowlers continue to use social media to direct donors to fundraising webpage and collect donations prior to the event date.

• Turn in all checks and cash that were collected the day of the event.

• BOWL AND HAVE FUN!!!

$150 per team or $25 per bowler

Teams consist of 4-6 Bowlers:

includes bowling and shoe rental

Teams that reach their Team fundraising goal of $500 or more receive:

A $25 Food/Beverage Voucher

$500 per lane (Fundraising Optional)

Register as many teams as your company can put together (4-6 bowlers per team x # of lanes)

• Company logo displayed on BGCSEVA website

• Company logo displayed on video monitors at the bowling alley during the event

• Option to place promotional items in gift bags for bowlers

• $25 voucher for food and soda for each lane

• Team and individual prizes awarded to those that reach pre-set fundraising goals

$25 per Bowler (Fundraising requirement)

• Register as many teams as event venue will accommodate (4-6 bowlers per team x # of lanes)

• Team goal of $500; Individual goal of $100

• Teams prizes awarded for teams that reach their $500 fundraising goal
