Virginia Beach, Virginia, August 19, 2024 - Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by Hampton Roads Top Workplaces. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia is an after school youth development program for ages six to eighteen. There are nine Clubs in seven cities that serve local youth. Among the areas we serve are Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Franklin, and Accomac. As part of our day-to-day programming, we focus on three key outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Leadership. Every day, we provide “Great Futures” by giving a safe, fun, and exciting environment for Club members.
